Work & Experience
Serving as a recruiter for various Tier-1 companies where I facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process. Responsible for sourcing candidates on various job sites and screening them through telephonic conversations to find suitability for the relevant opening, mainly at the leadership level. Acting as a SPOC with a few clients where I identify and address their needs by finding the right human resource. Tracking and maintaining the status of the candidates using the Application Tracking System (ATS) and communicating the same to both internal and relevant external stakeholders. Engaging with the candidates and assisting them in completing all the formalities starting from screening to onboarding.
